At HYVE, we stand behind our high-performance gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
